I bought this from parker-house.com, when it first arrived I was excited because it really does look nice. The style is great and it made the room feel more put together. But after a few months, I started noticing some small wear along the edges. It’s not falling apart or anything dramatic, but I was a little disappointed because I expected it to feel sturdier for the price. Overall, it’s fine and still looks decent, just not quite as impressive as I was hoping...

Putting this together was really simple. Whoever runs this actually made the assembly process easy for once, so no complaints there

I was in a bit of a hurry when I tried browsing parker-house.com, and the whole thing just felt clunky. Pages took too long to load, the filters weren’t very clear, and I had to spend way more time than I wanted just looking for basic product details.

It take a little patience, but in the end they got it fixed and nobody gave me a hard time about it. I’d give 4 stars since the timing could have been better, but overall they handled it fine.

I ordered from parker-house.com the delivery was frustrating. Compared to other furniture orders I’ve had, this one felt a lot less organized. The tracking barely changed, and like a lot of people, I don’t really want to sit around guessing when a big delivery is going to show up. I ended up having to call just to get an update. The furniture itself was fine once it arrived, but the delivery process definitely needs some improvement

I bought this Parker House sofa mostly because I wanted the recliners, and so far my trust instinct was right. The buttons respond quickly, the footrest comes up nice and smooth, and there’s no grinding or jerky movement. After a few weeks, it still feels sturdy and comfortable.

The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that one side closes a little slower than the other. It’s not a huge issue, just something I noticed. Overall, I’m happy with it and feel good about the purchase.

I’ll give it credit, the sofa really does look good in my room. But after actually sitting on it for a while, it’s just not that comfortable. The cushions are firm, and my back starts to get sore if I’m on it too long. i think if something is sold as a sofa, it should do more than just look nice, it should be comfortable to use every day. The box showed up quickly, but one corner was definitely beat up from shipping. At first it was frustrating, because you never want a new item to arrive looking like it had a rough trip. Parker House did help me get replacement parts, though, which made the situation feel a lot less stressful. The cabinet itself might have been fine, but it showed up in a beat-up box with barely any padding inside. One corner of the box was crushed, and when I pulled the cabinet out, the corners already had little scuffs on them. For what it costs, I really expected it to be packed better. Just frustrating to deal with before even setting it up.

I bought a Parker House TV console, and overall I’m happy with it for what I paid. It looks good in the room and feels sturdy enough, not flimsy or cheap like a few others I had been comparing it to.
Delivery did take a little longer than I expected, and there was a small mark on one corner, so I’m glad I checked it over right away and took a quick picture just in case. It wasn’t bad enough for me to deal with a return, though. For the price, I’d say it’s a good buy, and I’d consider ordering again if the deal made sense.
